As with anything handmade of wood, there may be minor imperfections. If you receive a product from us with any defect that concerns you, compromises the integrity of the product, or deems it unacceptable, please reach out to us. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue asap. Thank you.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from OrganizeMore, please let us know within 60 days of purchase, and we will do everything possible to resolve any issue asap!  If any item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement quickly. We may need a photo of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS.

If returning a product for certain reasons such as dissatisfaction, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the organizer(s) back in original condition, we will issue an immediate refund for the original purchase cost of the organizer(s). In most cases, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges. 

If you simply change your mind about the purchase and contact us before the order is shipped, we can issue a full refund to you including shipping charges.

 If your order included FREE SHIPPING, the amount we paid to ship the items to you will be deducted from the purchase price prior to refund.

I had been struggling to really get my craft room exactly like I wanted. I hesitated to buy storage for my ink pads, because the system I had was “okay,” just not convenient. I ordered two of the ink pad storage units and was so very happy to make them a part of my space! They are very well made - nice and sturdy- fit my ink pads for easy access, and I could not be happier! I will most likely order another! I love them! Mike stayed in touch with me as to the status of my order. I felt like they really appreciated my business. If you are considering a purchase, do it!

Wow!

Just received my organizer and it is wonderful! The ink pads fit very well with enough space to grab at them easily. I love the slick look of the organizer and it has integrated into my craft room wonderfully. Well worth the few weeks wait for an absolutely perfect addition to any crafting space! Love it! (I’ll order again if my ink pads start to overflow!)

These are very nice, although I didn't realize the inserts were foam. So far, it's working out great.

We're glad the organizer is working out! The inserts are actually premium corrugated plastic. It's stain and warp resistant, plus bright white and lightweight. We've used it since 2007 with great success. Thank you.

Very happy

I am very happy with this organizer and with the company.

The stand looks nice with the white paint and quality workmanship. It is very easy to get my ink pads in and out and looks tidy on my desk. The dividers inside are not wooden but are more practical in my opinion and still look nice. Being smooth helps the inkpads sliding in and out easily and without scraping up a paint job over time or adding unnecessary weight to the organizer.

If storing distress ink, I do strongly recommend getting the spacers to keep ink pads from sliding in too far. Sure you can make them but they're super cheap on the website.

It's worth mentioning as well that when I reached out to the company about 2 weeks into my order with a question, they were responsive, flexible, and pleasant. They also reached out to me with status while I was waiting for the product.

I like immediate gratification as much as anyone when it comes to shopping but this was definitely worth the wait and I've already placed a second order.
