As with anything handmade of wood, there may be minor imperfections. If you receive a product from us with any defect that concerns you, compromises the integrity of the product, or deems it unacceptable, please reach out to us. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue asap. Thank you.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from OrganizeMore, please let us know within 60 days of purchase, and we will do everything possible to resolve any issue asap!  If any item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement quickly. We may need a photo of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS.

If returning a product for certain reasons such as dissatisfaction, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the organizer(s) back in original condition, we will issue an immediate refund for the original purchase cost of the organizer(s). In most cases, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges. 

If you simply change your mind about the purchase and contact us before the order is shipped, we can issue a full refund to you including shipping charges.

 If your order included FREE SHIPPING, the amount we paid to ship the items to you will be deducted from the purchase price prior to refund.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue ASAP.

Absolutely worth it!

I didn't know I needed this drying rack until I used it for the first time. Love it. It kept my i ked up cards separate while they were drying. I also sorted die cuts and stored them in the rack. It takes up very little space. I am ready to buy another one.

Great product!

Love this drying stand. Makes crafting so much easier now I have somewhere to stand my cards as I'm making them. Mike and Katie went out of their way to make sure I received the products here in the UK. I am so grateful to them both and highly recommend their products and customer service!

Handy Product

I do a lot of mass producing (30+ at a go). These racks are perfect because I can stamp one card and put it in the rack to dry while I stamp the next and so on. It also means I don't have a lot of card fronts lying around on my work surface. They take up less room and are less likely to be damaged when I use these racks. I have 2 and love them so much that I'm back today to buy a third.
