As with anything handmade of wood, there may be minor imperfections. If you receive a product from us with any defect that concerns you, compromises the integrity of the product, or deems it unacceptable, please reach out to us. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue asap. Thank you.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive from OrganizeMore, please let us know within 60 days of purchase, and we will do everything possible to resolve any issue asap! If any item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement quickly. We may need a photo of the damage in order to file a claim with UPS.
If returning a product for certain reasons such as dissatisfaction, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the organizer(s) back in original condition, we will issue an immediate refund for the original purchase cost of the organizer(s). In most cases, we are not able to refund the original shipping charges.
If you simply change your mind about the purchase and contact us before the order is shipped, we can issue a full refund to you including shipping charges.
If your order included FREE SHIPPING, the amount we paid to ship the items to you will be deducted from the purchase price prior to refund.
Please contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue ASAP.

The storage trays are perfectly sized for my area and hold a ton of cubes. I love that they stack and are easy to move around from project to project. Nicely made and a great value!
I had my ink cubes in a cardboard box and they kept roaming around getting out of order as I used them. These trays allow me to get them into the order I want and they stay there. So glad I got three trays as two of them are already full and I expect to get more cubes soon.

I now have 7 of these for my mini ink cubes. They are a great product and well designed. I love that I can fit 60 of the same manufacturer’s mini ink pads in each tray. That gives you plenty of room to expand as well. I stack mine in one of my Kallax cube openings. They look very organized in the trays.
